We want you to have a smooth shopping experience with ReLife. Please read the following policy carefully before requesting a return, refund, or exchange.
๐ Returns
```Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition in which you received it. The product must also be in its original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a valid receipt, order number, or other proof of purchase.

If your refund is approved, the amount will be processed and credited to your original payment method within the applicable processing time.

- Contact your credit card company or payment provider.
- Contact your bank, as additional processing time may be required.
- If you have completed all these steps and still have not received your refund, contact us.

```We replace products only when they are defective or damaged.

๐ Gifts
```If the product was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you may receive gift credit for the value of the returned product, subject to approval.
If the product was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, any approved refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

```We generally deliver products within 2โ3 business days, subject to location and courier availability.

Unless the return is due to our error or a defective/damaged product, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable. Where applicable, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.
The time required for an exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location and courier service.
For high-value returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining the shipping receipt until your return has been confirmed by us.
